History
Pre-MSQ
Mimira was born and raised in Eastern Thanalan to an upper middle class family. When the calamity hit, what would come to be known as the Burning Wall destroyed her home. While they could have returned to Ul'dah and likely lived quite comfortably, Mimira's family decided upon leaving Thanalan entirely, the trauma of losing their home too fresh. They traveled to Gridania, where after a period of time to speak with the Elementals they were allowed to settle on the outskirts, where the city started to become the forest. Mimira was just sixteen summers old.
